Parts of I-664 Northbound to close March 23

The Virginia Department of Transportation will close the Interstate 664 Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel northbound lanes for repairs from 8 p.m. Friday, March 23 until 6 a.m. Monday, March 26.

Motorists approaching I-664 North from Route 58 East must exit onto I-264 East, toward the Downtown Tunnel, and follow I-264 East to I-64 West, toward the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. The detour ends at I-664, Hampton Coliseum.

Motorists approaching College Drive from I-664 North will be rerouted to I-664 South, toward Bowers Hill. From there, motorists can take I-264 East, toward the Downtown Tunnel, to I-64 West. The detour ends at I-664, Hampton Coliseum.
