Lecture to provide information on effective weight loss
The Riverside Medical Group will host a lecture entitled "Effective Weight Loss Solutions with Lasting Results" from 9-10 a.m. March 28 at the food court at Patrick Henry Mall, 12300 Jefferson Ave., Newport News.
Dr. David Salzberg will discuss the challenges of weight loss, obesity-related diseases, key elements of long-term weight loss and comprehensive weight loss solutions.
The lecture is free and open to the public.
