Nike Boys and Girls Invitationals return to Hampton Roads
The Nike Boys and Girls InvitationalsĀ basketball tournaments are coming back to the Hampton Roads area later this month.
The girls basketball tournament will take place April 20 through April 22 while the boys tourney will run from April 27 until April 29.
The girls tourney features players in the 16 and under, 15 and under, 14 and under, and 13 and under age groups. Games will be played in venues throughout Hampton and Newport News.
In Hampton, the Boo Williams Sportsplex, Bethel High School, Hampton High School, Kecoughtan High School, Phoebus High School and Hampton University's Holland Hall will be all be used.
The Apprentice School, Heritage High School, Booker T. Washington Elementary, Passage Middle School, Huntington Middle School, Doris Miller, Warwick High School, Warwick Recreation Center and Magruder Elementary School will be used in Newport News.
Admission is $15 for an adult day pass and $30 for an adult weekend pass. Youth day passes are $12 for children ages 6-15. Weekend youth passes are $25. Children 5 and under are free.
The boys tournament will feature players in the 17 and under, 16 and under, and 15 and under age groups.
Games will be played at the Boo Williams Sportsplex, Hampton High School, Phoebus High School, Kecoughtan High School and Bethel High School.
