Newport News Police Department incident report, June 29

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Friday, June 29:

Anthony S. Garland, 23, was arrested on charges of firearm, etc.: pointing, brandishing, firearm: shoot in public place, not cause injury; and occupied biulding: unlawfully discharge a firearm at 1:32 a.m. in the 14300 block of Warwick Boulevard.

Ruby L. Davis, 45, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear on a misdemeanor offense at 9:13 a.m. in the 2500 block of Washington Avenue.

Bayshaun D. Freeman, 19, was arrested on a charge of assault on a family member at 10:13 a.m. in the 900 block of 14th Street.

Tamiko Q. Wilson, 29, was arrested by the Newport News Sheriff's Office in charges of trespassing after having been forbidden to do so do so, simple assault and battery at 10:56 a.m. in the 200 block of 26th Street.

Joy L. Quinn, 37, was arrested on a charge of fugitive: on felony without warrant extradition at 11:05 a.m. in the 2600 block of Warwick Boulevard.
