Newport News Police Department incident report, July 2

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents Monday, July 2:

Erik D. Moyer, 28, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence at 1:39 a.m. in the 16800 block of Warwick Boulevard.

Nicholas W. Snell, 36, was arrested on a charge of first-offense driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content between .08 to.14 percent at 2:12 a.m. in the 500 block of J. Clyde Morris Boulevard.

Jessica A. Goulet, 25, was arrested on a charge of assault on a family member at 2:37 a.m. in the 700 block of Bellows Way.

Vincent A. Thomas, 60, was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public at 11 a.m. in the 12400 block of Jefferson Avenue.

Jean A. Aubourg, 59, was arrested on a charge of violation of sex offender registration: failing to or providing false information at 11:01 a.m. in the 9700 block of Jefferson Avenue.

Erick L. Bell, 27, was arrested on a charge violating a court order at 1:01 p.m. in the 12500 block of Jefferson Avenue.
