Newport News Police Department incident report, July 7

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents Saturday, July 7:

The Newport News Sheriff's Office arrested Antonio D. Coats, 35, was arrested on a charge of resisting arrest, obstructing justice without threats or force at 2:36 a.m. in the 200 block of 26th Street.

Randy A. Jeter, 24, was arrested by the Newport News Sheriff's Office on a charge of failure to appear on a misdemeanor offense at 10:57 a.m. in the 200 block of 26th Street.

Tawan T. Thomas, 29, was arrested by the Newport News Sheriff's Office on a charge of failure to appear on traffic summons at 11:20 a.m. in the 200 block of 26th Street.

Josephine B. Neal, 58, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear on a felony offense at 1:32 p.m. in the 2500 block of Jefferson Avenue.
