Newport News Police make arrests for assault, public intoxication
The Newport News Police Department reported several incidents Sunday, July 8.
The Newport News Police Department arrested Annette Price, 55, in the 700 block of Brigstock Circle Sunday. Price was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on charges of trespassing after having been forbidden to do so.
The Newport News Police Department arrested Jennifer A. Williams, 26, in the 6100 block of Jefferson Avenue Sunday. Williams was arrested at 1:31 a.m. on charges of failure to appear on a misdemeanor offense.
The Newport News Sheriff's Office arrested Matthew S. Lillard, 20, in the 200 block of 26th Street Sunday. Lillard was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on charges of using profanity, swearing or intoxication in public.
Michael A. Artis, 49, was arrested by the Newport News Police Department at 3:07 a.m. Sunday. Artis was detained on charges of drinking in public from the 3900 block of Jefferson Avenue.
Constance S. Parker, 55, was arrested by the Newport News Police Department at 5:01 a.m. Sunday. Parker was detained on charges of being drunk in public from the 1400 block of Riversedge Road.
The Newport News Police Department arrested Michael R. Dunlap, 47, in the 1000 block of 34th Street Sunday. Dunlap was arrested at 9:48 a.m. on charges of misdemeanor assault.
