Newport News police make arrests for failure to appear, failure to return rental property
The Newport News Police Department reported two incidents Monday, July 9.
Quanisha K. Banks, 29, was arrested by the Newport News Sheriff's Office at 9:43 a.m. Monday. Banks was detained on charges of failure to appear on a traffic summons from the 200 block of 26th Street.
Newport News Police Department arrested Tamecca S. Clay, 40, in the 200 block of 26th Street Monday. Clay was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on charges of failure to return rental property valued over $200.
