Local author to hold book signing July 18

David Perry, author of “The Cyclops Conspiracy,” will hold a book signing from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 18 at Styron Square.

The book tells the story of Jason Rodgers, who has harbored a secret for 13 years. Rodgers encounters the love of his life, Christine Pettigrew, for the first time in more than a decade after the death of his mentor, her father.

Perry began his career as a hospital pharmacist. He is currently the manager of a pharmacy department in Newport News. “The Cyclops Conspiracy” is his first novel.

Styron Square is located at 191 Walt Whitman Ave., in Newport News.
