EDA/IDA Parking Committee cancels meeting
The quarterly meeting of the EDA/IDA Parking Committee that was scheduled for noon Monday, July 23, has been canceled.
According to Newport News city administration, a quorum, or minimum number, of the committee could not be reached, forcing the cancellation.
