Newport News Police report several arrests July 23

The Newport News Police Department reported the following arrests Monday, July 23.

On Monday the Newport News Police Department arrested Esteve Jose on charges of trespassing after having been forbidden to do so. Jose, 34, was taken into custody from the 12700 block of Mariners Court at 3:50 a.m.

Wanda F. Davis, 48, was arrested by the Newport News Sheriff's Office at 11:01 a.m. Monday. Davis was detained on charges of trespassing after having been forbidden to do so from the 200 block of 26th Street.

The Newport News Sheriff's Office arrested Sherry S. Robinson, 33, in the 200 block of 26th Street Monday. Robinson was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on charges of contempt of court (without jury).

On Monday the Newport News Sheriff's Office arrested John E. Nicholson on charges of legacy data with an unknown offense charge. Nicholson, 40, was taken into custody from the 200 block of 26th Street at 2:14 p.m.
