Maynard named intern at Newport News PD

Officer Brandon Maynard has joined the Public Information Officer Internship program at the Newport News Police Department.

Maynard will work with PIO staff through Friday, Aug. 17 and have the chance to learn more about the PIO and how it functions.

Once he completes the internship, officer Maynard will resume his regular duties.

The Newport News police department is located at 9710 Jefferson Ave., Newport News.
