Smithfield Ice Cream Parlor to celebrate 30 years

The Smithfield Ice Cream Parlor will celebrate its 30th anniversary from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, at its location of 208 Main St., Smithfield.

Everyone is welcome to attend and enjoy free ice cream and cake. Music will also be a part of the celebration.

The parlor serves a variety of food items, including sandwiches, hot dogs and subs. It is located in Smithfield's Historic District. The store is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and features 1950s decor.
