Newport News Police Department incident report, Aug. 1

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents Wednesday, Aug. 1:

Melody C. Stephens, 29, was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public at 12:38 a.m. in the 6100 block of Jefferson Avenue.

Sanchos L. Bowles, 33, was arrested on a charge of burglary (entering a building to commit larceny, etc.) at 12:42 a.m. in the 5700 block of Marshall Avenue.

The Newport News Sheriff's Office arrested Troy L. Holley, 31, was arrested on charges of grand larceny over $200 (not from a person), obtain money, etc: false pretense and larceny under $200 at 9:52 a.m. in the 200 block of 26th Street.

Quinta N. Wilson, 35, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear on a felony offense at 10:07 a.m. in the 200 block of 26th St on Wednesday.

Tony C. Moore, 46, was arrested on a charge of license revoked (driving without a license, second offense) at 10:34 a.m. in the 800 block of 25th Street.
