Langley Federal Credit Union collecting school supplies
Langley Federal Credit Union branches are now collecting school supplies for area students.
The credit union is joining local television station WAVY-TV10 in an effort to collect school supplies for students in Hampton Roads. Those who would like to help may drop off supplies at any of the Langley Federal Credit Union branches.
A collection box for donations will be available at each location until Monday, Aug. 20. Donated items may include loose-leaf paper, three-ring binders, spiral notebooks, crayons, number two pencils, colored pencils, rulers, index cards, glue sticks, magic markers, erasers, hand-held pencil sharpeners and supply boxes.
Langley Federal Credit Union has served area residents and businesses for 76 years. The credit union currently has 19 locations and more than 175,000 members.
