Newport News Police Department incident report, Sept. 3

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Sept. 3:

Anthony L. Tucker, 27, was arrested on charges of contempt of court at 12:51 a.m. on Warwick Boulevard.

Cody D. Brodus, 26, was arrested on charges of battery at 2:56 a.m. on 26th Street.

Marti A. Holmes, 26, was arrested on charges of felony violation of probation at 10:06 a.m. on Olde Towne Run.
