Newport News Police Department incidents, Sept. 4

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents occurred Sept. 4:
 

James R. Brown, 54, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 1:38 a.m. 30th Street.

Cordale Wilson, 25, was arrested on charges of contempt of court at 3:22 a.m. 26th Street.

Anthony R. Scott, 48, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 6:38 a.m. Jefferson Avenue.

Clarence W. Edmonds, 18, was arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and using a firearm to commit a felony at 9:38 a.m. West Queen Street.

Willie L. Williams, 31, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 11:32 a.m. Jefferson Avenue.

Terrell J. Jenkins, 21, was arrested on charges of contempt of court at 12:30 p.m. Jefferson Avenue.
