Newport News Police Department, incident report Sept. 7

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Sept. 7:

Latasha S. Decosta, 37, was arrested on charges of giving false reports at 9:30 a.m. 26th Street.

Shante M. Saunders, 24, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and forging documents at 10:44 a.m. 26th Street.

Veronica McClenny, 48, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 2:06 a.m. York Circle.

Latasha M. Murphy, 32, was arrested on charges of forgery at 2:23 a.m. Jefferson Avenue.

Heath G. Wilson, 31, was arrested on charges of possession or use of drugs at 12:44 p.m. 26th Street.

Gary L. Oberlin, 64, was arrested on charges of Remove at 12:53 p.m. 26th Street.

Andre M. Monroe, 28, was arrested on charges of using a firearm to commit a felony at 1:27 p.m. 12th Street.
