Newport News Police Department arrest report, Sept. 9

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Sept. 9:

Jackie L. Hall, 30, was arrested on charges of giving false reports at 11:10 a.m. on 26th Street.

Harry Fields, 50, was arrested on charges of battery at 12:05 a.m. on 35th Street.

Kristopher Jones, 20, was arrested on charges of grand larceny at 1:05 a.m. on Madison Avenue.

Andrei T. Banks, 44, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 3:56 a.m. on Warwick Boulevard.

Michael W. Sessoms, 54, was arrested on charges of armed possession of burglary tools at 5:42 a.m. on Beechmont.

Christian A. Carter, 23, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 9:27 a.m. on Bellwood.
