Newport News Police Department arrest report, Sept. 10

The Newport News Police Department reported the following arrests on Sept. 10:

Lavetta R. Graham, 40, was arrested on charges of felony violation of probation at 9:50 a.m. on Huntington Avenue.

Isaac Taylor, 44, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 11:44 p.m. on 26th Street.

Jeffrey D. Condon, 30, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 12:36 a.m. on Pine Grove Road.

Ernest L. White, 40, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 2:23 a.m. on Newsome Drive.

Merrian Joyner, 60, was arrested on charges of unauthorized use of an animal at 3:17 a.m. on Nantucket Place.

Constance S. Parker, 55, was arrested on charges of violating terms of conditional release at 10:45 a.m. on J. Clyde Morris Boulevard.

Lavetta R. Graham, 40, was arrested on charges of malicious wounding at 1:06 p.m. on 26th Street.

Felton G. Clark, 38, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 1:12 p.m. on 31st Street.

Glenn A. Wise, 51, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence at 4:22 p.m. on Washington Avenue.

Ana M. Morris, 33, was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property at 4:47 p.m. on Warwick Boulevard.

Steven E. Rodriguez, 20, was arrested on charges of contempt of court at 5:21 p.m. on 26th Street.

Amanda L. Salati, 31, was arrested on charges of forgery at 9:07 p.m. on 26th Street.
