Newport News Police Department arrest report, Sept. 11

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Sept. 11:

Colton S. Roundy, 23, was arrested on charges of telephone harassment at 1:31 a.m. on Arboretum Way.

Anthony D. Carey, 24, was arrested on charges of identity theft at 8:22 a.m. on Arlington Avenue.

Teniqua L. Foye, 32, was arrested on charges of driving without a license at 11:09 a.m. on 27th Street.
