Newport News elementary schools lunch menu, grade K-2, Sept. 24-28

The Newport News elementary schools' lunch menu for kindergarten through second grade for the week of Sept. 24-28 is as follows:

Monday: Nachos with chili and cheese and roll, fish sticks, broccoli, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Corndog nuggets, potato rounds, fruit cup.

Wednesday: Yogurt and string cheese with bug bites, whole kernel corn, sliced peaches.

Thursday: Beef-o-roni, green peas, applesauce.

Friday: Hot dog on bun, baked beans, fresh fruit.
