Newport News Police Department incident report, Sept. 24

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Sept. 24:

Michael E. West, 26, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 1:01 a.m. on Old Courthouse Way.

Tiotis L. Sedgewick, 32, was arrested on charges of possession or use of drugs at 12:30 p.m. on 26th Street.

Yonel Espinosa, 29, was arrested on charges of assault at 12:31 p.m. on Coral Key Place.
