Newport News Police Department incident report, Sept. 30

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Sept. 30:

Devin C. Bushweller, 20, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 2:38 a.m. on Hiden Boulevard.

Elvia L. Sessoms, 49, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 3:16 a.m. on 19th Street.

Goldie L. Clinton, 35, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 4:02 a.m. on 31st Street.
