Newport News Police Department incident report, Oct. 6

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Oct. 6:   Jason L. Powell, 37, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 1:16 a.m. Chatham Drive.   Jamie E. Campbell, 34, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 2:38 a.m. St. Thomas Drive.   Senad Mesinovic, 41, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 2:52 a.m. Jefferson Avenue.   Antonio D. Tynes, 21, was arrested on charges of illegal brandishing of a weapon at 7:41 a.m. Bulkeley Place.   Timothy L. Cooke, 26, was arrested on charges of unlicensed carrying of a concealed weapon at 8:51 a.m. Antrim Drive.   Timothy L. Cooke, 72, was arrested on charges of unlicensed carrying of a concealed weapon at 9:26 a.m. 26th Street.   Robert M. Pryor, 33, was arrested on charges of driving after forfeiture of license at 11:49 a.m. Warwick Boulevard.   Johnnie B. Thorne, 31, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 12:16 p.m. Dusk Court.   Connell McLean, 27, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs with intent to sell at 5:14 p.m. J Clyde Morris Boulevard.   Retha M. Johnson, 44, was arrested on charges of contempt of court at 7:38 p.m. Madison Avenue.   Patricia C. White, 61, was arrested on charges of petty larceny of value not in excess of $200 at 11:10 p.m. Nicklaus Drive.
