Newport News Police Department, incident report for Oct. 9

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Oct. 9.

Christy L. Perez, 36, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 1:28 a.m. Warwick Boulevard.

Felicia E. Carter, 44, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct at 9:16 a.m. 48th Street.

Simon T. Quartlbaum, 21, was arrested on charges of armed robbery at 12:34 p.m. 26th Street.

Kenneth L. Smith, 51, was arrested on charges of failure to comply with sex offender registration law at 12:45 p.m. 26th Street.

William L. White, 21, was arrested on charges of failure to appear in court for a misdemeanor offense at 1:50 p.m. 26th Street.
