Newport News Police Department arrest report, Oct. 14

The Newport News Police Department reported the following arrests Oct. 14:

Juan V. Gray, 29, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs with intent to distribute at 12:13 a.m. on Forrest Drive.

Kirsten V. Stanley, 21, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor violation of probation at 12:50 a.m. on Jefferson Avenue.

Robert R. Sessoms, 25, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs with intent to distribute at 1:10 a.m. on Forrest Drive.

David I. Fox, 24, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs with intent to distribute at 1:16 a.m. on Forrest Drive.

Jessica Elliott, 27, was arrested on charges of malicious wounding at 2:21 a.m. on Jefferson Avenue.

Joseph R. Rivera, 22, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 2:45 a.m. on William Styron Square South.
