Fall Birthday Carnival scheduled Nov. 3

The Fall Birthday Carnival, sponsored by Yates Elementary School, will be held Saturday, Nov. 3.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Tickets are not required and the event is free.

The event will take place at the school, 73 Maxwell Lane, Newport News.
