Newport News Police Department arrests, Oct. 20

The Newport News Police Department reported the following arrests on Oct. 20:

Patrick N. Desmond, 48, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 1:37 a.m. on J Clyde Morris Boulevard.
 
Kimberly Hurley, 21, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 4:21 a.m. on 36th Street.
 
Lowell A. Knight, 22, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 4:25 a.m. on 36th Street.
 
Antonio M. Clark, 29, was arrested on charges of felony violation of probation at 9:48 a.m. on 26th Street.
 
Felicia E. Carter, 44, was arrested on charges of assault at 10:41 a.m. on 48th Street.
 
Wallace E. Newton, 46, was arrested on charges of battery at 1:55 p.m. on 19th Street.
 
Besani Rizo, 31, was arrested on charges of petty larceny of value not in excess of $200 at 2:33 p.m. on Roseman Court.
 
Cory L. Cain, 27, was arrested on charges of contempt of court at 2:36 p.m. on Vernon Place.
 
Nguyen Hieunghia, 60, was arrested on charges of petty larceny of value not in excess of $200 at 6:01 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue.
 
Roberto Rosario, 49, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 9:24 p.m. on Denbigh Boulevard.
 
Bynisha R. Williams, 23, was arrested on charges of mob violence at 11:44 p.m. on Orcutt Avenue.
